Shipping & Returns

- When ordering wheels, the price you see is PER WHEEL (not per set). This gives you options to mix wheel sizes and/or hardness. Therefore, if you would like to purchase one set of 8 identical wheels, please select a quantity of 8.

- Please allow 24 hours for us to process and fulfill your order. During busier times like holidays, our order volume is higher and processing times may increase.

- We ship Monday – Friday, excluding public US holidays. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

- If you choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping instead of standard Priority shipping in the USA, please note that we still need time to process and fulfill you order. These orders placed after 8 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.

- Shipping is FREE to USA when you order over $66.99

- We ship using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

- Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number.

- If you select the faster 2-Day or Overnight shipping speed, please note that we still do require 24 hours to process the order. Therefore, orders placed after 8 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.
- Please be mindful that orders shipped via 2-Day on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
- Please be mindful that orders shipped via Overnight on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

- We rely on USPS and FedEx as our shipping partners who deliver your order. Rinkster Hockey is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it departs our fulfillment facilities. Any claims should be filed with USPS or FedEx shipping carrier using the tracking number provided with your order.

- Most orders ship using FedEx Express Worldwide. Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

- Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number.

- VAT, Taxes, and Duties: None of these fees are applied to your order during checkout. However, some countries may require additional payments after you’ve placed your order or after it has been shipped by us. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all international orders, Rinkster Hockey is not responsible for additional fees or taxes applied by your government. We’re unable to supply any additional information as it will vary by country.

- We rely on FedEX as our shipping partner who delivers your order. Rinkster Hockey is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it departs our fulfillment facilities. Any claims should be filed with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided with your order.

- If for any reason you would like to return your order, we will take it back within 15 days from the date of purchase.

- Please e-mail us at fabio@rinksterhockey.com before sending anything back for a return authorization and instructions.

- Products must be new, unused, in a re-sellable condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If your returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used or being removed from original packaging, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

- Returns are processed within 5 business days once the product has been received by us.

- We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

- Shipping charges are not refundable in either direction (from us to you, and back).

- A restocking fee of $11.00 will apply to all Returns, and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

- If you would like to make an exchange, please treat this as a refund while placing a new order for the item you want.
