WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Please allow 24 hours for us to process and fulfill your order. During busier times like holidays, our order volume is higher and processing times may increase.
- We ship Monday – Friday, excluding public US holidays. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
- If you choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping instead of standard Priority shipping in the USA, please note that we still need time to process and fulfill you order. These orders placed after 8 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING SPEED?
Within USA
- Shipping is FREE to USA when you order over $50.
- We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
- Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number.
- If you select the faster 2-Day or Overnight shipping speed, please note that we still do require 24 hours to process the order. Therefore, orders places after 8 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.
- We rely on USPS as our shipping partner who delivers your order. Hockey Wheels is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it departs our fulfillment facilities. Any claims should be filed with USPS shipping carrier using the tracking number provided with your order.
International Shipping
- All orders ship using DHL Express Worldwide. Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number.
- VAT, Taxes, and Duties: None of these fees are applied to your order during checkout. However, some countries may require additional payments after you’ve placed your order or after it has been shipped by us. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all international orders, Hockey Wheels is not responsible for additional fees or taxes applied by your government. We’re unable to supply any additional information as it will vary by country.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?
- If for any reason you would like to return your order, we will take it back within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Please e-mail us at info@rinkrat.hockey before sending anything back for a return authorization and instructions.
- Products must be new, unused, in a re-sellable condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If your returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used or being removed from original packaging, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days once the product has been received by us.
- We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are not refundable in either direction (from us to you, and back).
- If you would like to make an exchange, please treat this as a refund while placing a new order for the item you want.
